Purchasing
All prices are on animals and products are listed in Canadian Dollars only. Electronic Money Transfer (Interact EMT) is the only method of payment I can offer at this time. This is the easiest and most inexpensive way to pay. If help is required to make an EMT, we can help you through the process. At Expos or at all in person, I can accept cash, or EMT. Payments must be made in full before the animal(s) is released. All prices posted are a total for the animal alone and do not include shipping. Please see below for shipping details.
Waiting Lists
We often post to social media on upcoming animal pairings and soon to be posted live-stock. We do offer a waiting list. Being placed on the waiting list is free. If/When the desired live-stock is available, people on the wait list will be offered a chance to purchase or hold the animal before the general public. Please note, that being on the waiting list does not guarantee you an animal. It only makes you a priority in the case of the animal(s) being available. To be placed on a waiting list, all we ask for is your first and last name and the pairing you are interested in.
Placing Animals On-Hold
An animal cannot be put on hold without a deposit. As such, we will not mark any animal as on HOLD or SOLD without a non-refundable deposit or full payment.
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to put any animal on hold. If payment is not made in full by the agreed upon time period, the deposit will be forfeited. Terms can be negotiated at the time of purchase. Once the terms have been made, they will not change (NO EXCEPTIONS). After terms are agreed upon and a 25% deposit is received, the animal will be labelled as “On Hold”. Once the animal is paid in full, it will be labelled as “SOLD”, and can be released to the purchaser.
7-Day Health Guarantee
All sales are final and every animal is given a 7 day health guarantee. The guarantee is only good if someone is present to receive the animal(s) upon arrival. It will not be honored if the animal(s) is left all day at a hub or if there is no person on site to receive the animal(s). If you are having problems with a newly acquired animal that you purchased from us it is essential that you to contact us as soon as possible so that we can offer suggestions or solutions to remedy the situation. Newly acquired animals should be quarantined away from all other animals for a minimum of 1 month. In the event that an animal does die within 7 days of receiving; picture evidence is mandatory! Shipping Methods
We offer Canadian wide shipping only. All animals shipped are done so through Reptile Express. Shipping quotes change depending on quantity of animals and location of delivery. A shipping quote can be given at any time, upon request. We will require the delivery location including postal code and number of animals. In extreme weather conditions the animal(s) can be held at our discretion until safe shipping weather. This is non-negotiable by the purchaser. Heat packs and Cold packs are provided at no extra cost to the purchaser. However, these do not make shipping possible year-round. Please be patient if the weather is not co-operating. Rest assured that until your animal(s) ship I will look after them the same way I look after all of my animals.
